Carol sends birthday cards to club members and flowers to those who have had spouses or children pass away.
Sandy keeps track of our traveling club banners. When clubs bring 8 people to our dance they are eligible to take home a small CLS banner. If they bring 16 people, they get a large banner. It is up to club members to go to visit other clubs and retrieve our banners or take their banner to our club. In May, all banners return to the host clubs. This encourages dancers to support other clubs and enlarges the circle of friendship we experience.

Marlys creates ads for the RoundUp square dance magazine and flyers to advertise club dances.
Doug brings bottled water to the lessons and club dances.
Mary brings supplies for the snack table and makes coffee at lessons and club dances.
